Arzon Apteka provides software solutions to Uzbekistan's pharma sector. It started as a pharmacy management software and now has several modules for use across the pharma sector value chain. Arzon Apteka has installed its main management software in around 5,000 pharmacies in Uzbekistan, representing a market share of approximately 50%. In Tashkent, the capital city, AA has a dominating position. In 2021, Arzon Apteka put more emphasis on expansion into the other regions. For this reason, Arzon Apteka hired a new regional head of sales, changed the salespeople's incentive structures, and rolled out a marketing campaign with free or subsidised instalments.
